Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol is a non-stop thrill ride. I saw this one on the IMAX, and I found it literally to be gasp inducing. Some of the stunts are just crazy, and then knowing that Tom Cruise actually did them himself ends any speculation the man is insane.
